DOH Main Office to Rollout nVision

July 11, 2013

Manila, Philippines (July 11, 2013) - The Department of Health (DOH) is set to rollout nVision in their main office after acquiring 1000 new licenses of nVision from Multi-Fold Links, Inc. (MFL) and renewing 50 licenses from an earlier installation in 2012.

The DOH is particularly keen on nVision’s HelpDesk module, with its ability to remotely access workstations, integrated user communication and its trouble ticket database. With the recent completion of a complete overhaul of their IT facilities, nVision is seen as the perfect application to monitor and manage the DOH network, its users and to facilitate problem solving throughout the network.

After the initial installation of nVision on 50 workstations, the DOH has found nVision to be the best network and user activity monitoring software available based on feedback from DOH personnel. With a robust feature-set, the DOH feels that nVision will immensely help in the management of their newly modernized network infrastructure, fueling their decision to acquire the necessary number of licenses for their main office and rolling out nVision over the next few weeks.

Further cementing their satisfaction with nVision, the Department of Health has already committed to renewing the 1050 licenses for two years – up to 2015. “We’re glad that the DOH is rolling out nVision in their main office and has committed to a two-year license renewal. It places a lot of confidence on the software and us at Multi-Fold Links for providing the best applications the industry has to offer” said Arlyn Solitario, Chief Operating Officer, Multi-Fold Links, Inc.
